An AR-15 assault-style firearm found at the scene of a shooting spree in a medical building in Tulsa, Okla., that left four dead and nearly 10 others injured Wednesday had been purchased the same day, Tulsa police said Thursday.

A handgun found also at the scene had been purchased on May 29—three days before the shooting, Tulsa Police Department Chief of Police Wendell Franklin said during a press conference.
