It's hard work being a tool.

We have to stand for what is right, or we're just as guilty as the offenders, IMHO.

MBS is betting that Trump will become president again, whether by the vote or the stealing of votes by Republicans, and he is hedging his bets. Why else would the Saudis invest so much money with a neophyte who has never run an investment fund but thinks he’s the smartest person on earth while actually being fairly ignorant?

Serious question ... what is the history of the Justice Dept bringing charges against someone that has been referred for criminal prosecution from Congress?

I.e. if this committee does find illegal behavior .. then what? Are any repercussions possible? Likely?

I can't think of any, but I'd be really pleased if it's just my bad recollection.

Keep those investigations coming. There was so much corruption and shady dealings in the last administration that it is going to take years to get to the bottom of everything.
