Judge Moss tells the lawyer-less Peter Navarro that (in a nutshell) his lawsuit makes no sense

A person who represents himself has a fool for a client. The petition filed by Navarro was so bad that it was funny. The judge read the petition and told Navarro that his petition is a piece of garbage and to refile something that makes sense. This two page ruling makes me smile

Moss basically gave Navarro legal advice. Let's see if Navarro follows it.

until Congress changes hands and the problem goes away.

This is what's wrong with the American justice system. If the defense if rich and/or powerful, final judgment is years and years away. Just ask the Sandy Hook parents about that.
