Ari Melber did a terrible job getting Navarro to explain his subpoena for documents. Navarro seemed more upset with the select committee than with DOJ. IS it possible that DOJ intervened on behalf of the select committee? Is DOJ telling Navarro to turn documents over to the select committee? I hope that DOJ wants Navarro to turn over documents to DOJ.
fff seems to have a handle on DOJ, maybe he has an explanation?
According to Navarro the subpoena wasn't for him to appear before a grand jury, only for him to provide documents. Was he given a timeline to comply? Why did the subpoena list yesterday as a date for Navarro to comply with the subpoena? Navarro didn't comply, why aren't marshals hauling him off to jail?
Why was a grand jury number listed on the subpoena and why was the grand jury not the grand jury investigating the fake electors?
Please msnbc, replace Ari Melber with Jen Psaki.

(21,359 posts)that a DOJ subpoena will be different for traitors than a select committee subpoena. I was told that if a traitor doesn't comply with a subpoena he/she will be hauled off to jail. There was a date on the subpoena for Navarro to comply yet he said he was negotiating with the Feds. WTF, if I only knew that when I was called to federal jury duty, I drove 100 miles to Pittsburgh in the rain when i could have called and negotiated to show up a day late when it stopped raining. I don't like driving in the rain.

(21,756 posts)I just did some searching again this morning and still do not see it posted anywhere. All we've heard about it comes from Navarro... A lunatic and liar. I don't think I'll be taking his word over the Biden administration any time soon.
"Why was a grand jury number listed on the subpoena and why was the grand jury not the grand jury investigating the fake electors?"
I can find no other source saying this except for you... Are you ready to show how you know this yet or is it still a super secret source?

(21,359 posts)I heard 2 separate people on cable news say they saw the number of the grand jury on the document and the reporters tracked the number. Yesterday reporters were stationed at the court house which was listed on the subpoena, waiting for navarro to show, he never showed up. There are 3 grand juries in DC and the reporters were surprised that the number on the subpoena was not the grand jury for the fake electors.
As far as the rest of your post I actually agree with it. This very well could be a con job by Navarro, but why wouldn't DOJ call out the subpoena for being fake?

If you agree... Why are you putting out Navarro's non-sense like it is fact and blaming DOJ for things you have no idea if they are true or not? You really think it's a good idea for DOJ to address the ravings of a lunatic? That is the stupid way TFG's DOJ did things and no other... You want that?

(145,313 posts)Courts normally do not issue this type of order sua sponte but here this is appropriate.
A person who represents himself has a fool for a client. The petition filed by Navarro was so bad that it was funny. The judge read the petition and told Navarro that his petition is a piece of garbage and to refile something that makes sense. This two page ruling makes me smile
