Hey Florida you got a good chance to vote this Crazy Fidel Desantis out of office in November. Attacking the special Olympics is right out of Fidel Castro ‘s playbook.

The 5th Circuit voided a fine imposed by an OSHA administrative law judge a few weeks back on the grounds that the fined company had not had a trial before the fine was assessed. Such an act was deemed in violation of the Seventh Amendment.

That's federal level, not Florida level.
