He was busy giving TV interviews yesterday.

Oh, I'm sure his not showing up yesterday had nothing to do with their willingness to indict him today. I realize these are different cases but I'm betting he blew off the DOJ yesterday too, and lost any benefit of any doubt.

I hear he's been arrested.

Their many questions now refer to the contents of that book he was hawking on TV.
