Did anyone notice a couple hours before Chris/Barack spoke
that both of them, along with the director FEMA where wearing waders and walking around in nearly knee deep water near one of the heavily damaged areas?
As I recall, W flew over NLOA at about 1500 feet, but never got near land there until he was able to set up some read 'photo ops'.
