I haven't heard anyone point out that Trump put 100% effort into overturning a "rigged election"

and absolutely ZERO effort into trying to prevent it from happening. For every one of his four years in office, screamed that our election system was rigged. He did nothing to fix it. He didn't ask for an investigation into the previous election or the current system that he said would steal the victory from him. I think this is important. It speaks to his knowledge that the system was NOT rigged. He could never fix what was not broken.

with fraud, and sending out lawyers to try to stop their use/expansion/method of implementation in multiple states, starting in like March 2020.

I get your point but it's not, technically speaking, entirely accurate.

Of course, in another sense, that was evidence of a preemptive posture towards proclaiming the election 'fraudulent' well beforehand, and hence, in a sense, an admission of guilt for his part in the Big Lie.

So there's that.
