That’s hilarious, but seriously I heard snippets of a discussion which suggested that folks in the inner circle of the failed coup (1776 Revolution redux) borrowed their approach from the storming of the Winter Palace during the Russian Revolution.

You and I know they love them some Putin, so the "storming of the Winter Palace" I'm sure came from them.

I wonder where Erik Prince was in all this? Oooooh, I just Googled and stumbled on Seth Abramson's piece from April specifically about this. Haven't read yet but thought I'd share. He's been pretty spot on with the 1/6 stuff.

Okay, bottom line that I took away is that there were a ton of former Blackwater people involved in 1/6, and given Prince's involvement in Trump-related fuckery since 2016, it's hard to imagine he hasn't been coordinating and funding a lot of the activities leading up to 1/6, but without honest testimony from some of the former Blackwater people involved in 1/6 (like Charles Donohue), Prince may never be directly implicated.
