Rudy Giuliani was just asked if committee testimony earlier today is true -- alleging he privately acknowledged on Jan. 6 that VP Pence likely didn't have authority to not certify election results.

Giuliani was silent at first, then said, "I shouldn't really talk about that."

Maybe if he’s allowed to answer under the influence instead of under oath…
