I listened to every word Judge Luttig had to say.

Along the lines of the old saying "If you want someone to really listen to you, don't yell. Instead, whisper".

I'm sure he had a specific tactic in mind, but his cadence sure as hell caught my attention.

In a strange way, it pissed me off, but it made me listen.

But it got more precise as he went on. I can't imagine the pressure on every witness to say the right thing. I'd be stammering.

Either that or he was going to have a heart attack. He was red in the face, and seemed flustered.

He did seem to know his stuff.

And had some things to do this afternoon - so listened to the second part on the radio. It was somewhat difficult to stay focused on his words by watching, but I was riveted to what he had to say on the radio. Odd, but fascinating stuff.

"watch" TV, but I do have it on in my home office, for company I guess. When sitting at my desk, my back is turned to the TV, but a few seconds after I heard him speak, turned around to watch the TV a bit, and then turned back around to face my desk and continue working.

But I listened to every word.

It is loooong. I'm a third of the way through it and I will probably watch it again to make sure I understand everything.
