Interesting voice mail just now

Some number that connects to Visalia CA (I presume it's a spoofed number), the voice mail had no talking, just what sounded like a burst of automatic gunfire. Oooh, I'm shakin'!

I don't know anybody named Max and have no idea who this was. I can only assume it was the wrong number.
