I use Comcast and that didn't happen here but on Twitter it seems Spectrum was the culprit, not CNN.

8. When I had cable and this happened

It was the cable company. We had Suddenlink which became Altice and watch next space, is becoming Spectrum. No matter what they call it, it still sucks.
