I was one of the lucky ones - I had a great dad

(14,020 posts)I strive to be a good dad to our boys.
We had twins, who were 3 month premies. But now they are tall, strong young men of 28.
Both firm Democrats. So that's something.

(9,801 posts)Amal and Juan are identical twins. Their mom only carries one baby photo in her wallet.
Because if you've seen Juan you've seen Amal.

(25,816 posts)The son is now 6'3" and a Green Beret. Daughter graduated with a degree in photography, older
daughter works at the Federal Reserve Bank in Richmond, and step-son getting ready to retire from
the Coast Guard. I'm going to carry my phone around today and I'd better get calls.
I may not have to wash the dishes today.
