Abortion is passed nationally and we expand the court.
What are your plans when Republicans have the majority and ban abortion?
Or when they add four more seats to the Supreme Court as well and tilt the balance back?

23. If we pass a meaningful voting rights law

that includes gerrymander reform it's likely Republicans won't get the majority.

The whole point of voter suppression and gerrymandering is to protect their power because in free and fair elections they lose.

The GOP lost the popular vote in eight out of the last nine presidential elections.

Popular vote winners:
Clinton 1992
Clinton 1996
Gore 2000
Obama 2008
Obama 2012
Clinton 2016
Biden 2020

And in many if not most off year elections more people vote for Democrats for Congress than Republican.

So with a system of one person one vote we hold the presidency and the House for the foreseeable future. The Senate, like the Electoral College, is undemocratic from the get-go, but without the presidency and the House the GOP is stifled.

The only chance the GOP has of winning is either a) cheat or b) come up with policies that the majority of voters actually support.

We know which of those options they continue to choose.

stand up for peoples' rights that could be lost, particularly after the opinion expressed by Thomas. Sinema already has a vested interest being a self-identified bisexual. Force Manchin to live up to the words he has expressed in this tweet.

If I wrote what I really thought, I'd probably get banned so I'll just keep my thoughts about Manchin to myself. And for all of those young people -- women especially -- that "just didn't like Hillary," and either sat out 2016 or voted for that vile thing, what do you think now?

All Manchin and Collins had to do was look at their backgrounds. Kavanaugh insinuated himself into a case where a detainee at the border wanted to get an abortion. He tried to delay it, but failed. In a writing, he also praised Rehnquist for dissenting in the 1973 ruling.

We all knew what these assholes we’re going to do.
