(22,156 posts)lives. But like so many in Congress, the Executive Branch, and Justice, how do they know what's it truly like in the real world?
They are immersed in Wash. DC and other tightknit groups and thus, I truly wonder do they no longer understand the real world outside their paneled walls, marble floors, and other trappings of the upper tiers of Wash. DC? Term limits would go a long way toward insuring that they truly have a sense of what's it like on the outside. Now, I have known (and do know still) some judges, and for the most part, they are fully grounded, well read, very conversationalist, and not introverted.
