Sweep the elections. Impeach the Judicial Activists Judges

After we impeach all who voted against Roe V Wade as unconstitutional activists who are eroding the rule of law, then we allow that all of the same individuals votes during their time as judges be negated. There goes Citizens United and a lot of other nonsense. If a judge does not uphold the rule of law, their laws must not become rules.

Some will say lying under oath about their testimony during confirmation hearings.

Impossible to prove, all they have to do is claim they changed their mind inbetween.

Need to focus on what is possible and practical.

This would be an impeachment for going beyond constitutional interpretation and legislating from the bench. By changing established legal decision they have done the equivalent of writing their own constitutional amendment. It stops being interpretation of the law and establishing a legal standard when the law is adjusted by the whim of the court.

This would be an impeachment based on overreach and lack of confidence.
