Prior to the Roe decision Cook County Hospital in Chicago had a "septic abortion ward". The ward was always full and the hospital treated an average of 5,000 women a year in the 1960s and early 70s who were suffering after being damaged by a botched abortion. Many of the women died because, even when they knew something was wrong, they were afraid to seek medical help until it was too late.
The ward closed shortly after the Roe decision.
Today's decision won't stop abortion, but it will kill women.
I hate these bastards with every fiber of my being.

On the one hand, I'm glad she's paying attention. On the other hand, I'm sad because she's repeating the same slogans my genertion used.

Thankfully, we were able to keep our son politics-free until he went to college. Especially, since his politics were f'ed up! We still love him, nonetheless.
