My youngest was very upset when she called. She said, but we can just undo that decision, right? "What's that called?" When I told her that wasn't a thing she got more outraged. I actually said to her, gently, I've been saying this for years, sweetheart. Her response was, I know, mommy. I didn't think they would really do it.

I'm not sure how to tell her what's to come. Gawd, I hate this.

5. They can declare abortion unconstitutional under fifth amendment

with the right case in front of them. They’ve already declared fetus is life declaring it personhood is the logical next step. And thus any and all abortions would violate fifth amendment.

IVF practitioners across the countries are essentially on notice now.
