You may have those rights. Hold Thomas’s et al coffee, they are getting to that absurd set of rules. Those rights will be gone. Replaced with Russian rules. They Never existed for people of color.

Have we forgotten the Plaza with cops on horses, unidentified militia in black, helicopters and a Fat orange anus with an upside down BuyBull surrounded by the AG toad man, Ivanka and assorted other criminals, with the fat man asking to shoot protesters in the legs?

Never talk to the cops without a lawyer.

They just love to go fishing, don't fall for it.

Fact. Cops can lie all they want to you and there is no law against it. You can go to jail for making a "false statement" to police. Don't fall for their lies, i.e. "I had you clocked for going to fast" etc. Your response should be "I'm exercising my 5th Amendment rights", I'll be glad to answer any question as advised by an attorney".

A few weeks ago I had a knock on the door. Detective wanted to ask about my van. One just like it was on a photo from a storage place where a break in occurred. I asked if I was a suspect. He said I didn't look like the type that would be breaking into storage units, turned and took off.
