Today's overturning of Roe v. Wade shows that America now has effectively only one branch of government a "Super Judiciary" in which the Legislative & Executive branches play subordinate ministerial roles in executing the agenda of a religious right dominated Supreme Court.

Overturning Marbury would topple the Supreme Court from its perch. We have to use what power we can find.

Don't get me wrong, the overturn is wrong. Roe is a case where the court *should* exert authority and trump state laws against abortion rights. They're choosing not to do that and are leaving it in the hands of lawmakers.
