Think about it, to Clarence Thomas, divorce is a sin and Genny Thomas is one crazy liability. But if he can just get Loving v Virginia annulled, then He is free of the albatross.
Seriously, imagine that you were Clarence and married to Genny and considered divorce, murder and suicide sins. This would be your only way out.

What state has a law barring inter-racial marriage? What state would try to enact and enforce such a law. In the real world. And what makes you think there would be five votes to uphold such a law. The effort to repeal Roe took decades and had the support of the overwhelming majority of Republicans. There has been no push to reinstate bans on interracial marriage and it is unlikely that any such ban would garner majority support from Republicans. In the real world.
Plus Loving is easily distinguished from Dobbs -- Loving was decided largely on the basis of the 14th Amendment's equal protection clause, not the substantive due process theory underlying Roe that was rejected in Dobbs.
