It's hard to pick a top defining image of his insanity since there were so many. The deranged look on his face behind the limo window as he took a late night joy ride from his COVID hospital bed. Posing with the Bible after he had peaceful demonstrators forcibly removed. Throwing fucking rolls of paper towels at people as his gesture to those who have suffered through a hurricane.

I guess choking the secret service agent who refused to drive him to lead the mob could take the #1 spot, but it's so consistent with everything else that it's almost redundant.
