with Trump in the coup it has to be sedition.

It sure does feel like treason to me also.

But Michael Flynn is a slam dunk treason conviction. He's where the foreign goverment comes in.

It is treason in the common usage of the word, but not by the legal definition in the Constitution.

I looked into it further, also found the penalties for treason are 5ys ,$10,000 fine. I thought it was quite a bit more severe.
