I don’t even need the SS agents come testify if he lunged at the driver or not. I would like them to go on record about Did they know that there were guns? Did the president know?

She just related a few stories and would have had to go into much more detail if this testimony had been in a courtroom. In the "tell all" books about the other insanity that was going on in the military front, for example, those stories were just the tip of the icebergs too.

They are not going to tell the American people the true depth of the depravity that is going on in the Republican scheme because that would scare everyone too much.

America survived a very dangerous time, at least most of us survived. Our democratic form of government is swirling down the toilet and the question remains, will we be able to hang on to it. Will we demand accountability for those who committed crimes or not?

In my lifetime I have seen Republican presidents skate time and time again for offences for which they should have been held responsible. I want to believe this time a Republican president is not going to get away with it but I"ll believe it when I see it.

The strong parts of her testimony is that she made allegations, under oath, that others will now have to dispute, or accept, under oath. What is said in the right-wing press will not matter in a court of law. The more that Trump machine rants, the more confidence I will have in the accuracy of her testimony.

The woman had a hell of a lot of guts to put herself out there testifying against the Fascists. She will now have every aspect of her life, from birth till today, viewed under a microscope, she will be attacked as the essence of evil, as a turncoat and traitor, and she will have a literal and figurative target on her back. She broke the most sacred vow of modern Republicans; she told the truth in public.

and that he considers her testimony credible and that he expected anonymous sources and detractors not under oath to try to discredit her. They have admitted Trump was irate and insisted on being driven to Capitol.

Sounds like they omitted mentioning his extremely shocking behavior to shield Trump and now they are covering for him. She was merely repeating what Tony Ornato told her in front of Engel who had just returned to WH after bringing Trump back.
