Bar disciplinary committees tend to take a dim view of attorneys blowing off subpoenas.

then he'll honor the subpoena and sit-down with the J6 committee for a behind closed doors deposition and he will claim executive privilege over and over...

Cipollone appears to have been one of the people going around yelling at TrumpCo to stop what they were doing or they’d all be going to jail. I’m not sure he needs to take the 5th… we’ll see what he opts to do next though.

And the president then was Nixon who would have claimed exec privilege if he could have.
I don't know how Dean was allowed to choose to testify.

Biden won't do that for Cipollone, we know.

he was assistant to Bill Barr when Barr was attorney general under Bush I..more than likely he'll claim executive privilege a few hundred times

The Jan 6 hearings were once again amazing, stunning and magnificent. In a related story, because it is my responsibility and my job, I have recorded the valiant attempts made by the closed-captioning software to spell Pat Cippolone.
