(21,951 posts)Cipollone appears to have been one of the people going around yelling at TrumpCo to stop what they were doing or theyd all be going to jail. Im not sure he needs to take the 5th well see what he opts to do next though.

he was assistant to Bill Barr when Barr was attorney general under Bush I..more than likely he'll claim executive privilege a few hundred times
