18 U.S. Code 2383- Rebellion or insurrection.

Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid and comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both, and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

This is exactly what Trump did. He is guilty and he must be put on trial so this bullshit never happens again.

Step 1 - investigate.

Do you see why I have been pushing DOJ to investigate Donald Trump?

He could be investigated right now for witness tampering. Robert Mueller lined the Trump witness tampering ducks all in a row for Merrick Garland, but nothing was done, nothing was done for Trump's obstruction of justice. Nothing was done after 2 years of investigation in New York because Alvin Bragg dropped the case.

Evidence of Trump's crimes has been out in the public for decades, we just need someone to prosecute him.

I have put my trust in Fani Willis.

Oh and the Letitia James' civil case in NY, Trump has asked for another extension to produce documents. Tish is pissed and has asked the judge to deny yet another extension.

Do you see the Trump tactic yet? It is to delay everything so anyone who says, be patient, or wait and see, seems to fit right into Trump's playbook. I guarantee a Republican president will pardon Trump in 2025, 2025 isn't that far away in legal time.
