Roe, Griswold, and Obergefell were all substantive due process cases. Loving v. Virginia is an equal protection / due process case. The difference may seem like minutiae but when it comes to these decisions, minutiae can make a chasm of difference.

Thankfully, only Thomas has vocalized his support for overturning Griswold and Obergefell. Hopefully the other radical right wing extremist Judges don’t join him.
