I subscribe to the NYT digest in my email

It’s free, and gives me an idea of what is in the days news from them. I can’t read the actual newspaper because I don’t subscribe to it, but then I can usually come here to DU and find the articles posted here.
So yesterday they gave a glimpse of the Sunday supplement, and here was the cover


Didn’t see the article reported here, just curious- how do you feel about their portrayal of Democrats as the cover shows … to me it’s typical NYT shite 😑

The whole paper. They may still offer the newpaper format online, in addition to the digital form.

3. Typical NY Times tripe

But maybe for reasons that are not obvious.

The tripe is at the top --"Their positions are popular. So why are they going extinct?"

The image could be used accurately with a different headline: "Why does the media push the mythical moderate Democrat. Nobody actually likes their positions."

The media likes to push nonsensical bipartisan positions that nobody likes and say that's what Democrats want.

He posts satirical fake NY Times headlines that often appear on real articles a short time later.

He also just retweets a lot of stories that actually appear in that fucking paper.

One headline that appears again and again: "Democrats in Disarray"

A favorite motif has headlines ending with "why that's bad for Biden" or "why that's good for DeSantis", because both appear a lot in the actual paper.

Follow that for a while, and your eyes will really open as to how harmful the NY Times as been.
