I asked in another thread...
SCOTUS might rule that state legislatures have the power to choose which candidates win election. Could someone point out to them that places like CA, MA, and NY could change all their congressional seats to Dem? They might win the presidency, but they'd have a hell of a time holding the congress, especially the house.
