Here is a picture of this worthless piece of shit attending a rally for another worthless piece of shit.
He and his dad, Robert Crimo, Jr. appear to both be big Trump supporters.

(1,826 posts)I have read his posts and none of them seem
Pro Trump or MAGA or political at all. His dad is a MAGAt and this kid is everything a conservative old white guy would run from. Other pictures show him wearing pink pig tails for example. Maybe he does have a thang for Trump
or maybe hes fucking with his father in this picture.
Im gonna wait and see what the investigators actually find.

(1,782 posts)I get tired of the childish game of immediately looking for political indicators when some freak goes off like this. They are sick and twisted regardless of their political leanings or beliefs. It's a pretty evenly spread sickness across all planes and there are a shit ton of guilty people out there who promote hate toward their ideological opponents. I find all of it equally sickening because it leads to the nuts doing shit like this.

(1,782 posts)my ideas for people to consider and think about. You are free to ignore me if you choose, or even tell me why you think I'm wrong.
I'm not here to bash people, I'm here to talk about thoughts and ideas, and most times they aren't popular. Primarily because I don't post "oh yes I so agree with you" on every post I read. I find it redundant and no one cares anyway, it's a waste of space in my view.
So I'll refrain from responding to your personal attack with a personal attack.

(61,622 posts)Nor is it "childish" to recognize the number of hate crimes committed by white supremacists. In fact, I find it childish to pretend that's not happening in our country right now.

(61,622 posts)Most people with mental illnesses are not violent. That is a fact. But the Republican Party is doing everything it can right now to make people angry. That anger translates to violence, as it did on January 6.
The violence is a direct result of the sick political climate.

(1,782 posts)you read my comment as intended.
What I said is that I think it's childish to immediately start hunting for a political angle to use as a bashing weapon. And it is.
And yes it would also be silly to pretend this isn't happening in our country right now, a silly thing I didn't' say at all, or even hint at.
We've even had a fair share of nutjobs that claimed to be on the left, but only they claim that, not us. These people are sick, no one on either side supports this evil shit unless they are messed up in the head just as much. And this game of "who did he vote for" only fuels more hate. It's ridiculous and it needs to stop. That's the sort of crap that Tucker Carlson does, and I'm not going to be like that. No one wants these people running loose in our society. I'm just really getting tired of the hate and looking for reasons to do it. The bombastic language and verbal stabs being thrown around these days are completely unacceptable.
And some people think everyone is a white supremacist. This guy? I have no idea yet. But it would be but one "reason" from an entire list for a mass shooting out of all the ones we have witnessed over the past 20 years.
The reason these weirdos keep doing this shit is that we keep talking about them when they do it. We make them famous.
And yes, it is quite evenly spread across all... white, black, republican, democrat, there is no real pattern other than this shit is committed by crazy people who do not value human life and have often times been motivated by hatred towards or from others.

(61,622 posts)It's interesting that you keep insisting on that. The facts are completely otherwise but you insist on seeing this as both sided.
There's an epidemic of hatred-fueled violence in the U.S. and it is coming from the Republican side, almost exclusively.

(1,059 posts)from the last 20 years that was extremely political (wearing the flag of their leader, etc.) and/or had a manifesto about hating an entire group of people (Jews, Mexicans, Women, Gays, Blacks etc.) who was NOT white, right wing.
No, it is not "quite evenly spread across all..." unless you listen to Fox/TFG lies about Antifa. Even then...name one.

(1,782 posts)would cause an issue, it's now allowed to be discussed here and will get hidden.
However, I do see that you have added multiple qualifiers which makes it now very easy to completely avoid the point I was trying to make. But that's Ok, if you wish to view the problem from an extremely narrow perspective, then there's nothing I can do about that. We'll just continue on like we always have.

(1,782 posts)choose to look at this from that perspective if you wish. I just don't find it to be particularly helpful if our goal is to address the problem.
If you believe the election of the orange ass prompted all of this, then there isn't much left I can say that would be of any help.

(1,059 posts)Name one or more of the non-white, non-right wing, non-male terrorists who are mass murdering Americans?
You said: "We've even had a fair share of nutjobs that claimed to be on the left, but only they claim that, not us."
Name them.
There are crazy people who go "postal" as we used to say. Then there are angry people who have been radicalized, just like those terrorists overseas, who go on rampages.
There are other reasons that mass murderers go on killing sprees (pharmaceuticals is one) but people today live their lives online and it's pretty easy to find their "reasons."
You are saying left wingers do this too.
I simply asked you to name them.
I'm not doing this with you. I don't even want that crap showing up in my google search history, let alone my posting history. You know how to do that on your own if you really had an interest.
If you wish to make this strictly about politics, go ahead.

(3,234 posts)I said a few weeks ago FOX News was the least of our problems.
Here's the real threat.
Chan message boards.
They're directly responsible for the indoctrination of several mass shooters and recruiting people directly into white supremacy hate groups.
yardwork
(61,622 posts)Fox News is imbibed by tens of millions of Americans, and they are people who vote. Most of them consider themselves to be nice people, good families, pillars of the community. Fox News lies to them all day, every day, to get them to vote for people they would normally have nothing to do with.
The Chan communities are tiny in contrast. And I doubt those kids vote. Yes, a few are radicalized and commit horrific crimes. But they're a small portion of the population, so far. I don't know where we're headed.
AntivaxHunters
(3,234 posts)but it's a very different kind of problem.
I disagree that Chan communities are tiny, in fact I would say that they are perhaps larger than FOX.
There's 10s of millions of people who patronize Chan message boards; 4Chan, KunChan, & all the rest. Then you add in all of the Telegram channels and away you go! Remember, this is where the entire Q movement began. And many people on those boards certainly do vote - look at the pandering of the Republican base to those extremists - Proud Boys, Patriot Front, Nick Fuentes, Charlie Kirk, etc. It is a HUGE movement and also home base for the antivax movement.
Add in gaming culture and you have yourself a problem so large that it completely overwhelms things like FOX News.
Let me pout it into perspective-- Joe Rogan is huge with these people. His YouTube has more viewers than Rachel Maddow's show on MSNBC.

This is the definition of domestic terrorism. M$M media will tell us the tired lone gunman story...If he was a black man mass murdering the MAGAT's this shit would be pumped on the news cycle for months if not years!

(19,066 posts)Republicans are violent and their leaders are promoting violence towards Dems. This monster simply took what Republican leaders have been saying for years now and took action. From 2nd amendment solutions, 2 political ads with targets on political opponents, this is nothing new, Republicans have been calling for violence explicitly and the media won't even acknowledge it.
