The alleged shooter's father ran for mayor and lost a few years ago. His mother, Denise Pesina,

runs some kind of alternative health site.

The father, another Bob Crimo, is discussed in this Joyce Vance site. One of the commenters, Carrie Maxwell, claims he's a MAGA guy.

I assume they're divorced, but who knows.

He's conservative Trump supporter and she's a new age sex therapist.

His uncle said that he was a "Nice quiet kid"...Bullshit...

It is an online ordination church. I'm ordained by it, my nephew is, many people are. It's so we can marry friends. They are harmless.

The parents may be weird and misguided, but they don’t appear to be evil. The father seems to have run for mayor in a legitimate desire to help the community. It wouldn’t surprise me if the mother turned to alternative therapies/coping strategies to deal with her husband and mentally ill son. It can be incredibly hard to help a child with mental illness if they don’t want to be helped, especially once they technically become an adult.
