From 18-21: must have 80 hours of safety training, allowed to own black powder muzzle loading rifles, and bolt action rifles of .22 cal or less. That’s permit #1.

For Permit #2: Turn 21, and at l least two years of licensed experience, and allow center-fire bolt, lever or pump action rifles, and shotguns, capacity no more then five rounds.

For Permit #3: Age 25, with 5 years of experience ( above), expand capacity to 10 rounds, include .22LR semi-auto limited to 10 rounds.

For Permit # 4: Age 30- with 2 years of Permit 3 experience, an additional 20 hours of training, full privileges with any semi-auto center fire rifles, up to 10 round mags.

In the modern world of 2022, there are really very few reasons for a civilian to have any firearms.

I don't care about hunting, culture or self-protection because that's all bullshit.

Guns = Death.

A civilized society doesn't need them.
