Tomorrow the 5th Circuit will hear the Texas DACA case. This is an antagonistic panel of judges & a loss should be anticipated. The Texas to SCOTUS pipeline of destruction is deeply problematic & requires a fight. We don’t know when a ruling will come, some guess Aug - Nov.
