Although I think I heard about it in the stairwell of my high school during my sophomore year (71-72)..LOL

Maybe they lowered the drinking age in Wisconsin on that day?..LOL I know they lowered the drinking age in response to the 26th Amendment...

Anyway, it was a happy day, just like Roe V Wade.
