Some good news: Construction of new manufacturing facilities in the US has soared 116% over the past

Wow. “The construction of new manufacturing facilities in the US has soared 116% over the past year, dwarfing the 10% gain on all building projects combined.”

They're still blaming him for attacking the oil and gas industry even though they are making record profits.

I'm sick of cheaply made Chinese junk. Not that they aren't capable of producing better products, it's what crappy sellers are ordering.

Ty, Joe!

that came with offshoring grew and became better understood, compared to the benefits of manufacturing in country, or at least in a close-by western nation. Pandemic forces, the profound political changes in China, etc, of course forced acceleration.

As for thanking "Biden," though I'm sure Democrats have been trying to facilitate return because we're the smart, competent, the factors causing this acceleration are much bigger than business-friendly government policies. And even at our "worst" as manufacturing moved offshore, American manufacturers always kept us among the top producers on this planet.

2% over 1% is a 200 percent increase and not really much change.
