All Lindsey did was call up Georgia's Sec. of State and ask if he could throw away votes from ...

... areas where black people voted. Or something like that. Willis has been on this since Feb. 2022

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis will look into the call Graham made to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger 10 days after the Nov. 3 election, the Post reported, citing an unnamed person familiar with the probe.

Graham, a Republican and a close Trump ally, asked Raffensperger whether he had the power to toss out all mail ballots in certain counties, Raffensperger has told the Post.

Raffensperger said Graham appeared to be asking him to improperly find a way to set aside legally cast ballots, according to the newspaper.

A 7 years and >77 million dollars b.j. hunt. And that crap (White Water was a money losing real estate deal)
stopped President Clinton from going after bin Laden and al Qaeda.

unfortunately this alone isn't enough.

However, there may be some other choice bits we don't know about.....

One might speculate there is something, else why bother bringing him in for that testimony alone?

in my laymen's understanding of rules of evidence, I think there would have to be at the minimum a bribe or threat (or both) connected to that quote... right?

presumably, that happened or something close to it. I would think.

"Solicitation to commit a crime involves seeking out someone else to engage in a criminal act. Simply put, defendants could be charged with solicitation if they ask another person to commit a felony."

https://www.egattorneys.com/solicitation-to-commit-a-crime

Upon graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law, Graham was commissioned as an officer in the Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAG Corps) in the United States Air Force. (wiki)

Yeah, interesting he managed to graduate. pretty low bar, I'm thinking.

I recall a hearing back during the dumbya reign, John Dean made one of his first public appearances regarding matters pertaining to Bush/Cheney's war crimes. Lindsey attempted to trip up Dean on historical acts pertaining to Watergate that made it really apparent he wasn't in possession of the events he attempted to talk about. Dean cleaned his clock on it. It was a sight to behold.

Wouldn't it be great if Lindsey became the latest victim of the ETTD rule. You can add Graham's name to the ever-expanding list of GOP chumps taken down by Trump.

We know that the trumpster will reneg on any and all promises. So payoffs from the trump.org are nogos.

The dear boy can't really rally his fans to support a run for president. He's probably already dirty/filthy rich compared to his taxpaying servants.

There must be something really juicy in Lindsey's background (or end) that motivates him to want to slurp up to dicktators and tots.

His bullying of election officials obviously works somewhere, and that's why he tried it in Georgia.
