LAS VEGAS (KLAS) A Las Vegas McDonalds employee spit into a cup, prompting a customer to ingest her mucus while drinking an iced coffee, police said.
The incident from December 2020 was first reported to Las Vegas Metro police in March 2021, they said. Officers arrested the suspect, Felicia ONeal, on Monday, during an unrelated traffic stop.
A person was ordering at a Las Vegas McDonalds drive-thru when the employee became rude and [the customer] asked to talk to her supervisor, police wrote in a warrant for ONeals arrest.
The customer had ordered French fries, a milkshake and an iced coffee, the report said.

(10,885 posts)so I'm curious as to why a Warrant issued last year would still be outstanding mid-2022. Is this the norm? They're issued and just not acted upon? It doesn't sound as though the woman arrested was making an effort to hide from authorities.
