and the whole process of keeping all of us informed and how they went into action and quickly captured the shooter. They did a textbook job of this.

Covelli - the spokesperson - did a stellar job of providing us updates and answering questions the MSM posed to him. I don't know of another mass shooting that has had such a professional person handling this difficult job of being the spokesperson for the community.
