Dobbs can be overturned. Alito used as his "rationale" that Roe was "egregiously decided".

And so was Dobbs. No stare decisis. No caselaw. No change in public attitudes (with the exception of greater support for reproductive health).

As soon as two of the six rogue USSC justices are gone, (and hopefully a democratic Senate and WH), Dobbs can be reversed. Same with any subsequent decision that declares abortion is outright unconstitutional/criminal.

The trouble is how long will we have to wait?
