One convoy-goers argues to the group that perhaps "somebody has to get towed" but that idea doesn't go over well with the group as they continue to complain about all the money they have to pay for parking.

The cost of metered parking as of January 1, 2020 will be $2.30 per hour for a maximum of 3 hours (not renewable at that same location), and is in effect from 7 a.m. 8 p.m. daily (including weekends and holidays, except December 25). Pay stations accept credit cards and debit cards (no cash/coin); payment can also be made via the Parkmobile app or website. The District of Columbias Department of Public Works parking enforcement officers will enforce the meters.
