Putin to Ukraine: Russia has barely started its action

MOSCOW (AP) — With Russia's military action in Ukraine in its fifth month, Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday warned Kyiv that it should quickly accept Moscow's terms or brace for the worst, adding ominously that Russia has barely started its action.

Speaking at a meeting with leaders of the Kremlin-controlled parliament, Putin accused Western allies of fueling the hostilities, charging that "the West wants to fight us until the last Ukrainian.”

“It's a tragedy for the Ukrainian people, but it looks like it's heading in that direction,” he added.

“Everybody should know that largely speaking, we haven’t even yet started anything in earnest,” Putin said in a menacing note.

It appears he is also running out of artillery. From what I'm reading, his mercenaries and soldiers are dying at a alarming rate. Many of the territories Russia has stolen is hard to occupy, and Ukrainians are destroying Russian artillery depots at a high rate.

Turkey sent back to Russia gain ship, gain that was stolen from UKraine. Finland has further sanctioned Russia.

As russia has to scrape the bottom of the barrel for men and equipment, Ukraine is just getting geared up to kick their asses out!

He’s lost 25% of his fighting force according to British intel and they’re pulling 1960-70s tanks into service that have been sitting in fields all this time, barely covered and not maintained.

His current troops get 1-3 wks training b4 heading to the front lines. Officers are beginning to suffer as much as the cannon fodder.

- he achieved the expansion of NATO that will double NATOs border with Russia
- he tanked Russia's economy for years to come
- he created the biggest "brain drain" out of Russia in decades
- he exposed Russia's army to be a third-rate international embarrassment
- he lost all credibility in claiming to have any political, economic or cultural influence on Europe (except uniting it to oppose Russia)
- he is struggling to maintain influence in third world countries like Kazakhstan, Borat's homeland.

And I am not even mentioning all the humiliating fuck-ups he suffered in Ukraine. Peter the Great he ain't.
