And it's only been three days. He's the toddler who lost both his parents to the Highland Park mass murderer. That must be some kind of GFM record. It's good to know he has a secure future financially but I'm sure as time goes by he would much rather have his parents.

But he will never get to play softball with his Mom and Dad watching, never bring a date home to meet the parents, never go on a family vacation with his parents, etc.

Money can help with stuff and college, but he'll carry a priceless weight and money won't lessen that burden.
This father and his son, should spend the rest of their lives behind bars.
Given a choice, he would have his parents back. The generosity will help him out, but of course it cant bring his parents back. Yes, they should both be behind bars - the father for a long time, too.
