outside the restaurant? They had every right to be there peaceably. What a shame he was "bothered" by the noise. I read that Kavanaugh doesn't know there is no "right to eat dinner in a restaurant without noise" specifically written in the Constitution.

However, I look at those lives lost due gun violence, and the unwillingness of SCOTUS to uphold reasonable laws. I think of Buffalo, where people were shopping. They will never eat another dinner. It’s a different time. SCOTUS is out of touch with the American people, and have NO check. I’m nit sure they should feel completely comfortable.

the right to peaceful protest is there, though I agree, it would be better not to make it personal and protest in front of the Supreme Court building rather than follow justices around to places like home and restaurants. But as to the First Amendment, there is a right to do that anyway. Just stay on the public paths.

affects no on in a negative way unless they are filled with bigotry. They screamed that gay marriage would affect "the sanctity of marriage" but I bet if you asked anyone of them if their marriage was any less sacred they would say "NO"

What these others ones did is take away rights, make women more vulnerable and make poor people poorer. That is a big difference in my opinion.

I mean, he didn't have to sexually assault those women, and he didn't have to lie at his confirmation hearing, and he didn't have to refuse to have any consideration for the possible impacts of his SCOTUS decisions, or the people he is hurting with them. But he did anyway. Therefore, I say if he has to look over his shoulder for the rest of his life because of all this, then *shrugs*.

it's important to remember that in the 90s the court
held that protesting outside of the homes of
abortion clinic employees is protected by the first amendment.
