After all, that would only open the door for the Grand Jury to subpoena him. That would not be an escape hatch for him.

the Office of the Presidency...tables, chairs, desk..the office..if he is claiming attorney client privilege then he is working as Trump's personal attorney...if he's claiming executive privilege..ok..but if executive privilege includes telling Cassidy Hutchinson to stop Trump from going to the capital because of every kind of legal blowback, then that's not executive privilege...I could be wrong
