Forget Ducks in a Row,

What would happen if Monday morning DOJ subpoenaed Mark Meadows and Pat Cipollone before a grand jury and gave them both immunity? Cipollone wouldn't need immunity but Meadows certainly would.

If DOJ doesn't want to do that then it can coordinate with Fani Willis and let her subpoena Cipollone and Meadows.

Cipollone proves Trump's criminal intent, and Meadows proves Trump's involvement. GAME OVER.

You don't just force immunity on someone and take what they might say at their word. Until anything they had to say and/or documents they could provide were vetted, nothing would be announced much less signed off on.

Why not just call them to testify before the GJ? If they take the fifth, so be it.

Once they are indicted, then DOJ could accept proffers for plea bargains from the defendants. See what they have to offer before giving away the store. Otherwise, proceed to trial.
