Fired Disney World workers sue claiming religious discrimination.

https://www.syracuse.com/news/2022/07/ex-disney-workers-sue-claiming-religious-discrimination.html

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (AP) — Three former employees have sued Walt Disney World, saying they were fired after refusing to wear face masks and get the COVID-19 vaccine due to religious reasons, according to a lawsuit.

Barbara Andreas, Stephen Cribb and Adam Pajer said in the lawsuit filed June 30 that Disney discriminated against them by not accommodating their requests to be exempt from the company’s mandates requiring the vaccine and facial coverings.

Adreas, who had worked for Disney for 17 years, had sought a religious exemption, claiming that wearing a facial covering is an “affront” to her Christian beliefs. The lawsuit also claimed that “participating in a medical experiment, such as covid testing or vaccines” also violated her beliefs because aborted fetal cells were used to manufacture it.

The lawsuit claims that Disney’s “augmented protocols” that were forced on nonvaccinated employees consisted of “harsh isolation and restrictions” that caused “serious breathing” and made it “nearly impossible to find a compliant manner and location in which to eat or drink while on shift.”

I guess they preferred risking co-workers and DW guests being intubated in the ICU (100% harsh isolation and restrictions and prevents normal breathing, eating and drinking) than simply following COVID-19 protocols. Of course, thinking about others doesn't align with their persecution complex. Thinking only of themselves is proof positive they're narcissistic a-holes.

No one in a secular society gives a flying f*ck about your passive aggressive proselytizing.

Don’t like working here? There’s the door.

Unless it's part of the official church dogma, it's just their personal preference.
Same for the vaccine.
I can't see how they'll win, but then all sorts of strange things are happening lately.

No sympathy.

I missed the 'thou shalt not wear masks' part of the Bible among the literally thousands of rules. Bet they have no problem with cotton/poly blends which is a death penalty offense in the old testament.

Stop lying. Your religion did not make you a self absorbed asshat, you did that all by yourself.
