So there is one room in Wisconsin that holds all the state's absentee ballots? I have done election work for years
and that is pure bullshit. Absentee ballots, mail in ballots, and provisional ballots (which if they are ruled legal) all
go to the county's BOE and are counted there and those results along with the election day's results are then sent
to the Sec. of State's office who then posts the results.
