The committee said that they are still receiving information - from republicans! - who want to testify. They have always said that they may have additional hearings as warranted, and they may continue all summer.

Sounds like additional hearings are warranted.

It doesn't mean there won't be more if new information calls for them.

these hearings should continue clear up to Christmas Eve the way the 'revelations' are going.
And then, provided that the American public has been paying attention and voting accordingly, they "END" the hearings with a giant bow on themselves and wish us all a "Happy Holiday" (that'll piss of the Supreme Junta) and go home for a delightful break with their friends and family.

to the fall. The revelations are hurting republicans and helping Democrats so why should we stop them during the campaigns.

Play hard ball. Don't slack up on revealing republican crimes and corruption. We want to win the mid-terms, not give them a break.

question everything

They need to work on their campaigns and not appear that they are stretching the investigation to their advantage. Also I suspect that while we, political junkies, follow it, most of our short attention span fellow citizens will lose interest,

Right now many just want to enjoy summer vacation and then to worry about kids back to school and inflation. I suspect that for many it is about the past and time to move on.

This, I afraid is what has been happening with Ukraine. I think that too many stopped following the continuing sorrow coming from there.

Of course, we have our own sorrows.

We need to wrap it up and sum the findings in attention catching campaign slogans. We also have to come with sharp attention catching abortion slogans. While the Jan 9 may be perceived as about the past, abortion is about the future.

More or less..

and so many coming forward that it is most likely the hearings will go "into August if not beyond". Bring it on!
