Bannon is going to prison, there is no doubt. There is a possibility Bannon may receive some Un-wanted visitors while he is sitting in his jail cell. Prosecutors from the DOJ. It is clear Bannon was part of the attempted coup. Bannon made a lot of comments during his podcast in the days leading up to Jan 6th that make him look guilty as hell.
Bannon made a big mistake. Because Trump pardoned him once before, he probably believed Trump would pardon him again if the coup failed. Didn't happen stinky man.

(82,849 posts)The judge was basically stripping Bannon of all his bullshit defenses, and his attorney said something along the lines of, "Well if we can't use any of these defenses, a trial seems like a foregone conclusion." The judge said, "Agreed."

(3,031 posts)These proceedings are the right idea, the time it takes though is glacial and unfortunate as the mid terms are not on such a timeline.
